  2. Victor, in his early age of adulthood, probably was really into science. Science, meaning the study of everything, was his focus but was narrowed down to one specific catagory... Life. After reading and studying the works of various scientists such as Agrippa, his attention was finally broadened and turned to autonomy. He is intrigued by lighting and is convinced that the mysterious energy can give life. Thence his experiment was underway. Collecting peices of dead corpses and assembling them into his creation "FRANKENSTEiN".

  3. Victor was so into his studying for his creation, that he did not stop. He started experimenting with animals. The animals were both dead and alive he wanted to learn about decaying bodies. He eventually succeeded with it and he brought his creation to life. All thanks to his focus on his project and studying.

  4. when he was a teenager victor leaves his family in geneva to attend the university at ingolstadt. but before he seperated from his family his mother catches scarlet fever from elizabeth whom she has been nursing back to health and dies on her deathbed she begs elizabeth and victor to marry several weeks later still grieving victor goes off to ingolstadt. later on victor attacks his studies with enthusiasm and ignoring his social life and his family far away in geneva makes rapid progress i agree with thomas that he eventually succedes

  5. I think that Victor discovers "the cause of generation and life" by studying many things. He felt that if he wanted to create life, he not only had to study it, but he had to study it's opposite, 'death'. He also thought that energy can create life. So he tried to connect all of his studies to create 'life'. He experimented on animals first, dead and alive. He studied on how they died. He disected them, but he didn't stop there, he then moved on to human bodies (that were decaying). So after working so hard, he used his intellegence of his studies and created 'life'.

  6. I agree with Ziggy on how he said that Victor studied with enthusiasm. It was a sad thing that he didn't keep in touch with his family and friends though. But if he didn't study with enthusiasm, then he probably never would of found this discovery.

  7. I think Victor realized the study of life and death. He tested it on animals and humans, which i thought was very cruel and mean. But he is very smart with his experiments. He studied them very carefully. He studied how they worked and what happens when they have decayed.

  8. I agree with Ziggy b/c it wasn't nice to just ignore your family and friends. He should of kept in touch with them.
